Painter – Residential & Commercial

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000 – $82,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our growing team at Clean Lab Pty Ltd, working across a range of residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in high-quality finishes and consistent workmanship.

You will be working on a variety of sites, completing preparation, painting, and finishing tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces including sanding, filling, and priming

• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and surfaces

• Use spray, roller, and brush techniques as required

• Ensure all work meets quality expectations and project specifications

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow workplace health and safety requirements

• Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience

• Experience in residential and/or commercial painting

• Strong attention to detail and finishing quality

• Ability to work across multiple job sites

• Good time management and communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic

• White Card (or willingness to obtain)

• Driver’s licence preferred
