Full Job Description We’re partnering with a boutique property investment and asset management group known for its solid track record in both residential and commercial markets.
This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role that will see you supporting various arms of the business – with a commercial focus. The right candidate will bring professionalism, initiative, and the ability to keep pace in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities Sales Administration: Inputting property data, conducting title searches, coordinating contracts, managing signboards, marketing, VPA and invoicing
Reception & Office Support: Handling front desk calls and inquiries (light volume), managing meeting room bookings, overseeing key registers, maintaining supplies and general office presentation
PM Administration (ad hoc): Processing applications, updating leases, assisting with inspections and documentation during peak periods
