Duxe Property Services is a Sydney-based property facilities company seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative and operational functions of our Alexandria headquarters. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will coordinate across our service divisions and act as the central point of contact for clients, staff, and suppliers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage day-to-day office administration, document control, and internal compliance
  2. Handle client correspondence, service coordination, and account management
  3. Oversee invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting to Directors
  4. Coordinate staff rostering, onboarding administration, and contractor records
  5. Maintain WHS records, licences, certifications, and compliance documentation
  6. Manage procurement of supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  7. Schedule and coordinate service delivery across multiple sites and divisions
  8. Provide general executive support to the Directors/Managers as required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in office management or business administration at a management level
  2. Demonstrated financial administration skills — invoicing, AP/AR, and reporting
  3. Experience coordinating or supervising staff or contractors
  4. Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based business tools
  6. High attention to detail, strong organisational ability, and capacity to manage competing priorities
  7. Experience in property services, facilities management, or a related industry is advantageous
  8. Relevant qualification in business administration or management (desirable, not essential)
