We are seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative systems and staff coordination.

Position Summary

The Office Manager will organise and control the functions and resources of the office, including administrative systems and office personnel. The role involves managing operational processes, supervising staff, and ensuring the office operates efficiently and in compliance with relevant legislation and workplace standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Contribute to the planning and review of office services, setting priorities and service standards
  2. Allocate human resources, office space, and equipment efficiently
  3. Assign work to staff and monitor work performance and productivity
  4. Manage office records, documentation, and financial accounts
  5. Liaise with professionals and stakeholders to coordinate office business and resolve operational issues
  6. Manage office facilities and ensure buildings, systems, and equipment are properly maintained
  7. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations
  8. Ensure office activities comply with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures
  9. Coordinate personnel activities including recruitment, promotions, performance management, payroll processing, training, and supervision

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administration Manager, or similar role
  2. Strong organisational and leadership skills
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  4. Experience managing staff and administrative systems
  5. Knowledge of workplace health and safety and compliance requirements
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  2. Experience in finance, automotive, or fintech industries is an advantage
