We’re on the hunt for a capable, experienced Sales Manager to join a thriving dealership in Five Dock. This is a key leadership role supporting the General Sales Manager while driving team performance, coaching junior staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
You’ll be joining a well-supported dealership with strong stock levels, a modern showroom, and the chance to work with some of the most exciting vehicles in the market.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a junior sales team
- Supporting the GSM in daily sales operations and team performance
- Driving strong sales results and customer satisfaction
- Managing stock, pricing, and strategic sales planning
- Creating a positive, professional team environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Sales Manager experience in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Driven, organised, and focused on results
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A current Australian driver’s licence
