Location: Cannington, Perth WA
Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 + Super + Phone + Car + Laptop

Our client, a growing and values-driven NDIS provider based in Cannington, is seeking an experienced and highly organised NDIS Service Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality services and ensuring participants receive the best possible support outcomes.

About the Role
As the NDIS Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing service delivery, coordinating supports, and ensuring participant needs are met efficiently and effectively. This is a hands-on coordination role with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and participant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day service delivery to NDIS participants
• Develop, review and implement participant support plans
• Liaise with participants, families, support workers, and allied health professionals
• Ensure services align with NDIS plans and organisational policies
• Manage staff rosters to ensure appropriate support coverage
• Monitor service quality, compliance, and documentation standards
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and community partners
• Identify and resolve service delivery issues proactively

About You

• Experience in NDIS service coordination or similar role
• Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage service delivery and coordinate supports effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Current driver’s licence (essential)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
