We are now seeking a skilled and qualified Full-Time Motor Mechanic to join our growing and dynamic team.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Role:
· Carry out detailed inspections of engines, electrical circuits, brakes, steering, suspension, and transmission systems to accurately identify faults using diagnostic tools and computer-based testing equipment.
· Conducting thorough inspections, carrying out scheduled maintenance, and completing mechanical repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines while ensuring full compliance with all applicable automotive standards and regulations.
· Perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, tune-ups, checking fluid levels, and rotating tyres.
· Inspect and repair electrical systems, including lighting, instrumentation, ignition, and electronic fuel injection.
· Repair or replace damaged, worn, or faulty parts such as brake pads and wheel bearings, then test and reassemble the components.
· Inspect vehicle engine and components such as transmissions, suspensions, steering, brakes, etc. to diagnose issues accurately.
· Arrange upcoming maintenance appointments and guide drivers on proper vehicle care and usage.
· Test and re-adjust to ensure repairs and maintenance are effective using testing equipment or computers before handing over to the Client.
· Give precise estimates for the cost, time, and effort required for a repair or maintenance task.
· Keep logs on work and issues, and ensure vehicles are in roadworthy order.
· Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.
Qualifications and experiences
· Demonstrates a proactive, motivated, and high-energy approach to work.
· Holds a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or an equivalent qualification.
· Available to work across a Monday to Saturday roster.
· Friendly, approachable, and engaging personality in the workplace.
· Shows strong dedication to maintaining workplace health and safety compliance.
· Possesses a minimum of one year of relevant hands-on experience.
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum plus superannuation
