Our team understands the West Australian manufacturing environment and the need to get your parts made correct to spec and on time every time.

We are looking for highly skilled and qualified Metal Machinists to join our team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an extensive background with machining one off parts or multiple part setups with in-depth knowledge of CNC machines and ISO programming.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and set up CNC press brake machines, including selecting appropriate tooling.
2. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
3. Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
4. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machines and tools.
5. Carry out precision machining tasks (e.g., drilling, cutting, turning, threading).
6. Handle materials, including loading/unloading and ensuring proper alignment.
7. Follow workplace health and safety regulations at all times.
8. Maintain production efficiency while meeting quality standards.
9. Collaborate with team members to support smooth production workflows.

Must have skills & attributes:

1. Preferably with minimum of 3 years of Machining experience
2. Relevant trade qualifications (preferred)
3. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine correct and accurate production components
4. Must understand how to cut materials and how to setup jobs correctly
5. Perform precision machining tasks, such as drilling, grooving, cutting, turning, facing and thread chasing
6. Highly driven to succeed

Salary range of $80,000 – $130,000 per year for the right candidate.
