The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced and reliable Meat Workers to join our growing team at our Swan Hill facility. Multiple full-time positions are available across various departments.
This role offers competitive pay between $65,000 and $75,000 per year, plus overtime penalties, shift work options, and opportunities for career progression.
Key Duties Include:
- Performing boning, slicing, slaughtering, and general meat processing duties
- Operating meat processing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality control
- Working as part of a fast-paced and dynamic team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in meat processing preferred (but not essential for motivated applicants)
- Current work rights in Australia
- Ability to perform physical, repetitive tasks
- Commitment to safe work practices and team collaboration
- Willingness to work shift hours, including overtime when required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
