Salary： $75,000-80,000 or upon on experience

Ferngrove Pharmaceuticals Australia is a TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) licensed Contract Manufacturing facility, specializing in complementary medicines and health food products, all manufactured under strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines. The company is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join us in our head office on a permanent full-time basis. If you’re a marketing-savvy self-starter with the communication skills and the research skills and persistence to figure out anything you’re given, then this is the position for you.

Duties and responsibilities of the position

·Identify market opportunities and advise on the development, coordination and implementation of plans promoting the company's products;

·Determine the market for new products and identify and develop market opportunities;

·Develop promotion strategies for different sales channels;

·Drafting and developing marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and relevant campaigns;

·Writing and proofreading marketing copy for both online and print campaigns

·Develop new and enhance existing business relationships with local and overseas suppliers;

·Initiate strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms;

·Keep up with e-commerce marketing trends and advise on new channels and approaches to adopt;

·Evaluate and reviewing marketing campaigns and report to management.

Skills and experience required:

·Tertiary education in marketing, business or related field

1. English and Mandarin bilingual language skills are essential

·Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing role;

· Excellent communication, interpersonal skills;

· Strong organisational and time management skills;

· In-Depth knowledge of current marketing trends and processes, especially good understanding of the Chinese market and consumers;

· Understanding and ability to apply digital marketing methods;

· Ability to think creatively and bring innovative solutions to marketing challenges;

· Ability to work individually as well as contribute to a team；

·Strong internal and external relationship management skills.
