Management Accountant - Legal

The Role
As the Management Accountant, your role will be broad and varied and include the following duties (but not limited to):
- Prepare client profitability, WIP & utilisation reporting
- Prepare budgets & forecasting at department, entity & group level
- Month-end duties including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and intercompany reconciliations
- Assist with the preparation of group tax returns and associated work papers for external accountants
- Assist FC in the preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements
- Monthly reporting including variance analysis, P&L and cashflow reports
- Work with the auditors to complete the audit process
- Ad hoc duties and analysis as required
Your Background
To be considered for this Management Accountant role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Strong accounting experience including forecasting and P&L analysis experience
- Great communication skills
- CA/CPA qualified (or close to)
- Previous professional services industry-related experience (e.g. legal, consulting, media) will be highly regarded
- Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders
