About the Role:
Aum Global is seeking a qualified and experienced Management Accountant to support strategic decision-making through high-quality financial analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting.
This role focuses on internal financial management, cost control, forecasting, and business performance improvement, while ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and reporting obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial statements and reports for review by management, directors, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders.
2. Evaluating financial and operational data to support strategic planning and identifying potential risks
3. Ensuring the integrity and reliability of financial information while maintaining compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards
4. Delivering performance-based financial reporting, and budgeting systems
5. Managing cost control, pricing strategies, and financial forecasting processes
6. Advising on financial planning and risk management, providing reports to assist management decision-making
7. Establishing ongoing reporting and feedback mechanisms to support business performance monitoring
8. Managing and integrating data sources to ensure accurate and timely analysis
9. Providing input on cost performance and supporting benchmarking and continuous improvement initiatives
10. Assess cash flow and financial risks for investments
11. Conduct financial checks, audits, and investigations
12. Analyse company costs, income, and spending
13. Ensure financial reports are accurate and compliant with laws
Qualifications & Skills:
1.Bachelor’s degree (AQF) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2.Proven experience in management accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis
3.Strong knowledge of costing, forecasting, and performance reporting
4.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/data analysis tools
5.Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
6.Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder communication skills
