What you’ll do
You’ll keep everything running smoothly by organising travel and accommodation for doctors and nurses working across Australia.
This includes handling bookings, managing schedules, and making sure everyone has the right information at the right time.
 
You’ll work closely with recruiters and finance to track costs, support invoicing, and keep systems and documentation accurate and up to date. When changes come up, you’ll stay calm and sort things efficiently.
 
You’ll also have the opportunity to suggest improvements that make planning more efficient and help shape how logistics is done across the business.
 
What you’ll need

• Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to work
• High attention to detail and genuine care for accuracy and follow-through
• Clear, professional communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
• Comfort working across systems and spreadsheets (Excel proficiency required)
• Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
