CNC Laser Operator
Location: Forrestfield, WA
Mills Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading manufacturing and fabrication company based in Forrestfield, WA, in search of an experienced CNC Laser Operator to join their high-performing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operator seeking a stable, long-term role with consistent hours and an attractive flat-rate pay structure. You’ll be working a continuous rotating roster (4 days on, 4 days off) 12-hour shifts.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating CNC laser cutting machinery to precision specifications.
- Interpreting and working from technical drawings and job orders.
- Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Supporting general metal fabrication and workshop operations.
- Adhering to safety standards and contributing to a clean, organised work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience operating CNC laser machines in a metal fabrication environment.
- Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and machine maintenance.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a fast-paced team.
- Valid Forklift Licence (essential).
- Flexibility to work rotating day shifts.
