Your new role
You will be supporting the Sales and Operation teams to provide exceptional customer service and administrative assistance during the life cycle of projects.
Your day-to-day will include:

  • Upholding a high standard of service, quality, and value in every customer interaction.
  • Liaising with sales and project teams to clarify scopes of work and material requirements.
  • Coordinating project sequencing and scheduling to align with customer expectations.
  • Managing order processing and purchasing for installation-related projects.
  • Communicating project updates and information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Completing administrative tasks related to safety, compliance, and documentation requirements.
  • Preparing site specific maintenance manuals for project handover.
  • Coordinating with suppliers regarding shipping timeframes and delivery schedules.
  • Finalising administrative tasks and assisting with invoicing for completed projects.
  • Providing general assistance with tasks requested by management.
  • Managing subcontractor schedules and associated administrative requirements.
  • Maintaining agreed-upon documentation and administrative systems.
  • Monitoring project margins and providing updates to management.
