Located in Burpengary, you can also drive to work with hours being Monday to Thursday 7:00am to 3:30pm and a finish at 2:00pm on Fridays.

The Position

The Internal Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, managing incoming inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  1. Responding to any incoming customer inquiries whether that is on the phone or email.
  2. Processing sales orders and ensuring that are fulfilled on time.
  3. Providing excellent customer service skills with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  4. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products which may benefit customer.
  5. Ensuring all communication is recorded in the ProStix software.

Experience Required

  1. Prior experience in an internal sales role, ideally with a timber wholesaler or within a trade environment with an interest in learning a new industry.
  2. Worked with a broad product range with varying technical specifications.
  3. Proficiency in using company software (such as Frameworks) to process orders.
