Interior designer

This excellent opportunity will be offered on a Permanent Full-Time basis at 38 hours a week.

The successful candidate must have:

· Excellent English skills

· The right to work in Australia

· bachelor degree in Interior Design

· Minimum of 02 years of work experience in relevant roles

· Proficient in the use of Excel

· Strong analytical and numerical skills, possessing a high attention to detail

· High level of accountability with the ability to prioritise and manage reporting deadlines

· “Can do” attitude and willingness to get involved in the detail

· Ability to communicate well with operation team across the business

Responsibilities include:

· Identifying project objectives, requirements, and limitations by consulting with clients and relevant stakeholders.

· Conducting thorough research and analysis of spatial layouts, functional needs, operational efficiency, safety standards, and aesthetic considerations.

· Developing creative and practical interior design concepts aligned with the approved project brief.

· Preparing sketches, drawings, diagrams, illustrations, and detailed plans to clearly communicate design proposals.

· Liaising and negotiating design solutions with clients, management teams, suppliers, contractors, and construction personnel.

· Selecting, specifying, and recommending appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and products that meet both functional and design expectations.

· Producing detailed documentation and construction drawings to guide implementation.

· Supervising interior construction and installation to ensure compliance with design intent, quality standards, and project requirements.
