Are you a problem solver with an appetite for risk analysis and management? As the Automation & AI team, we deliver leading Automation & AI services and solutions, partnering with clients/ecosystems to generate business value through humans with machines.

What will your typical day look like?

As a key member of our team, you will be empowered to find ways to define and drive strategic programs for our clients with the freedom to innovate in process engineering and the use of emerging technologies in data, automation and AI.

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify opportunities borne out of issues and pain points and formulate pragmatic solutions to meet strategic objectives.
  • Analyse, understand and clearly communicate the business processes in detail where required and identify challenges and opportunities with business counterparts and stakeholders.
  • Innovate using emerging Intelligent Automation toolsets such as process mining and data analysis to develop clear insights and narratives to demonstrate how value can be unlocked. 
  • Design solutions for complex client problems using a Automation and AI technologies.
  • Develop and Deploy solutions using best practice principles that are efficient to implement and sustainable to operate.
  • Problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of Intelligent Automation solutions and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Communicate with clarity and fluency complex ideas and opportunities, regardless of the forum. 
  • Partner with intelligent automation software vendor support teams for technical issues and participate in the vendor/practitioner communities.
  • Manage project constraints (such as risks and issues) with the support of the project delivery leadership and provide key input to the change control process.
  • Coach and lead junior team members from the front through actions and with respect.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences: 

  • 1- 3 years of working experience as a programmer with deep knowledge of automation and AI technologies.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform, UI Path, Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere. 
  • Proficient or knowledgeable in process mining tools such as Signavio and Celonis.
  • Proficient or knowledgeable in data analysis and visualisation tools (such as PowerBI, Tableau and/or Alteryx) and languages (such as SQL, Python).
  • Proficient or knowledgeable in process optimisation techniques such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Understanding of AI technologies such as such as Optical Character Recognition, Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning.
  • A current security clearance or ability to obtain one (Australian Citizenship).
