WHY WORK FOR PICKLES
ABOUT THE ROLE
We have a great opportunity to join Pickles as a Cadet within our Industrial division. This is an entry-level, hands-on role with a fantastic career path on offer.
Working with the Industrial division, you'll find yourself learning about trucks, machinery, equipment and other weird and wonderful assets such as boats, trains, planes and anything else that comes our way to sell on behalf of our clients!
We're looking for an enthusiastic and team-centric individual who is keen to develop into sales and/or asset valuations professionals with Pickles and are willing to learn about the business inside and out to get there.
In this role, you will be mentored by the local Branch Business Unit Manager, State Sales Manager, Regional Manager and National Managers to develop your knowledge as well as work closely with the branch team to learn the operational side of the business. This is a two-year program which will see you learning all about the business for the first year and then choosing your path for the second year depending on what has caught your interest so far.
The opportunities are endless if you're willing to roll your sleeves up, get your hands dirty and develop your sales & valuations skills. Once you've learned all about the business and how we operate, you'll have lots of transferrable skills which will apply to many roles within Pickles.
