- Lead end-to-end implementations for clients across AU & NZ
- Be the go-to expert on payroll, compliance, and system transformation
- Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and internal specialists
- Juggle multiple projects at once – some kicking off, some going live, and everything in between
- Play a key role in helping shape how organisations onboard onto a brand-new platform
What You’ll Bring
- Implementation or transformation experience (vendor or client-side)
- In-depth Payroll knowledge is essential.
- Strong client-facing communication skills – confident and credible
- An organised, multi-tasking mindset with a calm head under pressure
- Passion for tech – especially new tools and platforms
