ICT Customer Support Officer

ENVISAGE TECHNOLOGY (QLD) PTY LTD is a Brisbane based IT support company. Founded in 1998 by CEO, Ben Steel, our company specialises in providing IT support to businesses in the medical and legal industries as well as organisations in the professional services, finance, accounting, property and education sectors. The company currently has vacancies for the position of ICT Customer Support Officer. The positions are based at our office in Albion, Queensland.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The positions works closely with other members of the IT team to provide exceptional customer service and support to our internal and external customers.

Key skills and experience required:

1. AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma or higher, or alternatively, three years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification may substitute for formal qualifications (with overseas obtained qualifications being considered where the qualification is assessed as suitable);
2. Minimum of 1 year experience in the occupation, or alternatively, three years of relevant experience where substituting work experience for formal qualifications (as above);
3. Operational knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, the Microsoft Office 365 online environment and Azure Virtual Desktop;
4. Demonstrated experience supporting Managed Service Provider (MSP) Environments;
5. Trouble-shooting network faults and with proficiency using Unifi and Meraki network management portals;
6. Experience supporting the medical applications, Genie and Best Practice;
7. Established proficiency with 3CX VOIP;
8. Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively;
9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
10. Excellent communication and customer service skills;
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary level on offer for position is $76,515.00 per annum plus superannuation.
