Greencars Sydney is a well-established and growing automotive workshop providing comprehensive vehicle servicing and repair solutions. Due to increased reliance on digital systems and business growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated ICT Customer Support Officer to support our internal ICT systems and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide first-level ICT support to staff by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system-related issues
  2. Respond to and log ICT support requests, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution or escalation
  3. Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, printers, network devices, operating systems, and business applications
  4. Support workshop management systems, booking platforms, invoicing software, and point-of-sale systems from a technical support perspective
  5. Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions in line with security protocols
  6. Monitor system performance and assist with maintenance, updates, and data backups
  7. Liaise with external IT service providers, software vendors, and internet service providers
  8. Maintain records of ICT issues, system updates, and equipment inventory
  9. Provide basic training and guidance to staff on ICT systems
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies relating to data security and proper use of ICT systems

Skills & Experience:

  1. At least 1 year of relevant work experience in ICT support or similar role
  2. Relevant Diploma or Degree qualification in Information Technology or related field
  3. Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  4. Ability to support business applications such as booking, invoicing, or CRM systems
  5. Strong communication skills and ability to assist non-technical users
  6. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple support requests
