Key Responsibilities

1. Analyse business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
2. Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders
3. Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams
4. Collaborate with internal teams, developers, and stakeholders to design and implement solutions
5. Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning
6. Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to present insights and recommendations
7. Support system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation processes
8. Identify risks, issues, and gaps, and recommend effective solutions
9. Ensure solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices
10. Assist in change management initiatives, process improvement, and system enhancements

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as an ICT Business Analyst or similar role
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
4. Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and system requirements
5. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
6. Knowledge of business process modelling and data analysis tools
7. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments (preferred)
8. Strong organisational and time management skills
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
10. Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset
