Ferngrove Pharmaceuticals Australia is a TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) licensed Contract Manufacturing facility, specializing in complementary medicines and health food products, all manufactured under strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines. The company is looking for an experienced ICT Business Analyst to formulate system requirements, develop system plans and documentation, review and evaluate systems, modify systems and user acceptance testing. The role will also have the responsibility for managing new and changing business requirements ensuring the business system solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of the business and projects. About the role

Key responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate records of relevant technical and business information.

· Collaborate on developing user training documentation.

· Working with end-users of ERP system (SAGE) to understand their business requirements.

· Map current and future state of business processes.

· Develop and monitor data quality metrics to ensure business data and reporting needs are met.

· Analyse data and help to communicate results with the stakeholders.

· Using the latest project management techniques and tools to develop project plans and to manage cost, time, and recourses effectively.

· Review and analyse business processes, identify and evaluate inefficiencies, recommend optimal business practices and SAGE system functionality to improve efficiency

· Assist in testing, implementing and troubleshooting system throughout relevant departments, to ensure the integrity of the SAGE system

· Liaise with users to formulate and document business requirements, and to optimize performance, coordinate project needs and ensure deliverables meet project outcomes

· Communicate project issues to SAGE service provider, and propose resolutions to resolve the issue as well as enhance service productivity

· Acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance to SAGE users.

Key requirements:

· Bachelor degree or higher in information technology or highly related field.

· 1 year experience in ICT Business Analyst.

· Proven superb ability to investigate, analyze, conceptualize and report.

· Demonstrated outstanding ability to understand user needs, communicate effectively and think creatively.

· Demonstrated highly skills in using logical approach and business outcome approach to solve problems.

· Demonstrated significant experience in providing guidance and advice as an ICT business analyst.
