ICT Business Analyst

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes; mapping current workflows, identifying bottlenecks and providing recommendations in digital solutions.

1. Using data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software.

1. Working with users to formulate and document business requirements

1. Contribute to new innovations by identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization, leading technological adoption initiatives whilst ensuring minimal disruption to regular operations.

1. Staying current with the latest AI technologies and industry trends, and applying this knowledge to develop cutting-edge solutions; utilising such technologies to conduct scenario analyses, trend mapping and business intelligence reporting.

1. Developing functional specifications for use by system developers, in streamlining via automation tools (eg. CRM, ERP, HRIS), in order to reduce manual input.

1. Act as the primary liaison between clients and the technical team, managing expectations, establishing a feedback loop, and providing training and support to clients on new AI solutions.

1. Using project management methodologies, principles and techniques, to improve data access and develop dashboards, and also automate executive reporting.

1. Implementation of software to track and report sales performance, pipeline growth, and client engagement metrics.

1. Creating user and training documentation, and conducting formal training classes to up-skill existing and new employees.

1. Ensure business data records and associated administrative systems meet compliancy of NDIS departmental policies, standards, and regulations.

1. Acting as a central reference and authority, as a source for critical information, providing guidance and/or assistance in system-project initiatives.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications:

1. MINIMUM of Bachelor’s degree in computer science (Information system)

Experience:

1. More than 3-years’ experience
2. Ideally worked within large enterprise environments on ICT service management.

Skills:

1. Relevant experience in Business Analysis and Information Technology
2. Experience in assessing and finalising operational support services for ICT products
3. Experience in creating comprehensive documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements.
