Are you a passionate HR professional with experience working within the insurance / financial services industry?

Our client, a leading specialist underwriting agency, is on the lookout for a dynamic HR Specialist who has had experience working in the insurance industry who will act as an advocate for a positive work culture which supports, develops and retains amazing people.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will be involved in:

  • General recruitment and selection
  • Induction, Onboarding of new staff
  • Monitoring HR policies
  • Develop and maintain a culture/environment which ensures best outcomes for all parties accessing the organisation.
  • Assisting with staff training and development in line with company budget
  • General HR administration such as preparing letters of offer for staff, processing resignations and coordinating exit interviews with managers, maintaining accurate staff files
  • Assisting the Marketing & Events Team with Internal events and marketing where it relates to further education program & reward for staff.

What You'll Bring

  • 1-2 years in Human Resources Management, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to build trust at all levels
  • A proactive mindset, with a genuine passion for people and continuous improvement

To be successful you will have proven experience in HR and have worked within the insurance/financial services industry, possess strong time management and organisational skills and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
