Shell Roadhouse & Streaky Bay Tourist Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Hospitality Worker to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing friendly and efficient customer service to all guests
2. Taking food and beverage orders and processing payments accurately
3. Preparing and serving food, drinks, and takeaway items
4. Maintaining cleanliness of dining, service, and kitchen areas at all times
5. Replenishing stock, displays, and service stations as required
6. Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
7. Assisting with opening and closing procedures
8. Following all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards
9. Supporting kitchen staff during busy periods when required
10. Monitoring stock levels and notifying management for replenishment
11. Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
4. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
5. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
