We are looking for a friendly and reliable Hospitality Worker to join our team at Ampol Bungama. This is a full-time role with a salary between $70,000 and $80,000, depending on your experience. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Help prepare simple meals, snacks, and drinks for quick customer service.
- Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a smile.
- Keep the food counter, tables, and dining area clean and tidy at all times.
- Restock fridges, displays, and supplies for busy shifts.
- Assist cooks and chefs with basic food prep like washing vegetables or plating orders.
- Handle cash payments, operate the POS system, and process orders accurately.
- Follow food safety rules and keep equipment like coffee machines clean.
- Work with the team to handle peak times and keep service fast.
- Set up daily specials or promotions on the counter display.
- Report any stock shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, fast food, or customer service (café, service station, or similar).
- Friendly personality with good English communication skills.
- Quick learner who stays calm during busy rushes.
- Basic food handling knowledge and attention to hygiene.
- Reliable team player ready for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
