We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Travel Planner to join a growing, high-performing team and leading Global Travel Management Company!

This is a unique opportunity to step beyond traditional corporate travel and work within a niche sector where service excellence, and expertise truly matter.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you'll manage end-to-end travel for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), ensuring every booking aligns with strict compliance and regulatory frameworks. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering seamless, high-touch service while navigating complex itineraries and tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for Healthcare Professionals
  • Ensure all bookings meet compliance, approval, and audit requirements
  • Handle complex individual and group itineraries
  • Provide consultative travel solutions to maximise client outcomes
  • Negotiate competitive rates with airlines, hotels, and suppliers
  • Proactively identify and manage compliance risks
  • Manage urgent and time-sensitive requests within SLA
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to team targets and overall business performance

About You:

  • Experience in corporate travel or healthcare travel
  • Strong GDS and airfare knowledge (Published, Nett & NDC fares)
  • Understanding of compliance-driven environments (highly regarded)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
  • Additional languages (Spanish, German, Italian, French) are a bonus
