About the role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hairdresser to join our team. As a hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, colouring, and treatments. Your duties will include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, recommending suitable styles and products, maintaining cleanliness of tools and workstations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in the salon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Creating styles such as braids, dreadlocks, and applying hair extensions
- Trimming and grooming beards and moustaches
- Maintaining cleanliness by sanitising tools and keeping the workspace tidy
- Applying chemical treatments for colouring, straightening, and perming hair
- Cutting and shaping hair using scissors, clippers, and razors
- Scheduling client appointments and handling payments
- Cleaning, colouring, cutting, and styling wigs and hairpieces when required
- Advising clients on suitable hair care routines, products, and hairstyle options
- Performing a full range of hair services, including cutting, styling, colouring, straightening, perming, and scalp treatments
- Washing hair and applying conditioning treatments to maintain scalp health

Skills and experience
·must have experience of more than 1 year working as a Hairdresser
·Applicant must have a relevant qualification

·Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced salon environment while maintaining high-quality service
