Vic freight Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient business performance. This is a full-time position requiring strong leadership, coordination, and operational management skills.
Location: Brooklyn, Victoria 3012
Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per annum + Superannuation
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and review office administrative systems, procedures, and service standards
- Set operational priorities and ensure efficient delivery of office services across the business
- Allocate and manage office resources, including staff, equipment, and workspace
- Assign duties to administrative staff and monitor performance to ensure productivity targets are met
- Manage office records, financial documentation, and administrative accounts
- Liaise with managers, professionals, and external stakeholders to coordinate operations and resolve issues
- Ensure office equipment, systems, and supplies are effectively maintained
- Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations and company policies
- Ensure all administrative operations comply with relevant government legislation and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate personnel functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, supervision, and performance management
Requirements:
- AQF Diploma or Advanced Diploma (or relevant equivalent qualification)
- Relevant experience in office management and administrative operations
- Strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
