· Keeping track of inventory including managing stock levels, ordering supplies and optimizing costs
· Recruiting and training new staff
· Deciding the right mix of menu items to attract customers
· Managing and supervising all staff including rosters and team performance
· Ensuring exceptional customer service such as handling complaints and reviewing feedback to maintain high service standards
· Directing and leading team to manage daily procedures to ensure smooth running of the business
· Monitoring financial performance and operations such as sales, transactions, profitability and targets
· Implementing promotions and marketing strategies to promote business products and services and increase profitability
· Maintaining health and safety practices
Skills and Qualifications
· Relevant Diploma or Advance Diploma qualification
· At least 12 months of relevant experience such as working in a leadership role
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Strong organisational and operational skills
