Full Time Cleaning Team Leader - Blackmores Braeside

About us: OCS is a leading provider of cleaning services, committed to excellence and professionalism. We are an international Facilities Management organisation looking for cleaners who have full time work rights in Australia to work a Monday to Friday roster at Blackmores Braeside. 
  
The ideal applicant will be well presented, proactive and able to work well on their own and in a team. They will also be able to use their initiative in their daily routine to provide services that are of a high standard.

Positions available: 

• Monday to Friday 0500 - 1300

Daily duties will include but not be limited to

• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
• General cleaning, sweeping, mopping & vacuuming.
• Cleaning of all scullery dishes, benchtops and kitchen areas including cold rooms. 
• Managing the regular cleaning of the facility (toilets, canteen, offices, Production areas)
• Management of Rubbish (General & Cardboard). 
• Oversee and manage the daily cleaning operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and cleaning standards.
• Coordinate with management to address and resolve issues.

Applicants must have

• Experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor 
• Knowledge of chemical use and PPE
• Understanding of OHS practices
• Well-presented and ability to follow safety instructions 
• Must be able to pass an Australian National Police Clearance
• Demonstrate Working Rights in Australia
• Good communication skills
