We are seeking a permanent Early Childhood Educator to join our team!

As the Approved Providers and Managers of the service, we work directly with the educators and children to promote team ethics and to provide support to educators, promoting best practice.
We are a 114 place centre with 4 rooms and an occupancy of over 80 children per day and the environment can be fast paced at times as we provide care to more than 295 children from our local community.
The candidate must have knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, and experience with contributing to the programming, planning and implementation of experiences, as well as decision making for best practice, high level communication skills, setting expectations and be driven towards quality improvement.
The candidate must have experience working with an early childhood service and providing care and education to children within this setting.
Our service has a variety of additional need children and families and experience with inclusion would be beneficial, but not essential.
The position is for up to 38 hours a week. Shift times can be set if required as we can offer flexibility with start and finish times for work life balance.
The successful candidate must hold a Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Education and Care (or be working towards these qualification, DCSI clearance, RAN certification and First Aid with Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
Experience and confidence with leadership and working as a part of a team, guiding and mentoring and confidence delegating in best practice strategies are essential. If believe you have the skills and abilities to perform the role we urge to to apply.
