Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is a well-established Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation that has been supporting the Broome community for over 40 years. Headquartered in Broome, Western Australia, BRAMS provides holistic, culturally safe primary healthcare, aged care, and community programs to Aboriginal people throughout the Kimberley region.
With a strong focus on person-centred, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care, BRAMS delivers services that are designed around the needs of Aboriginal individuals and families. Their multidisciplinary teams work collaboratively to improve health outcomes and promote wellbeing across the lifespan.

A True Executive Officer Role – Beyond Traditional EA Support
As Executive Officer, you will operate as the strategic anchor of the CEO’s office — bringing structure and momentum to governance, strategy and funding priorities across the organisation.
This is a senior coordination role that blends executive support with governance oversight, project monitoring and structured funding management.

You Could Be the Perfect Match If…
You are a highly organised, strategically minded and detail-driven professional who thrives in senior leadership environments and values structure, accountability and purpose.
You are confident operating alongside executive leaders and Boards, and you bring the maturity, discretion and sound judgement required in high-trust governance settings.
To qualify, you will ideally have a relevant tertiary qualification in business administration, management, or a related field, along with significant experience in a senior executive, governance or strategic coordination role.
