Assignment: 12 Months Assignment 
Hourly Rate: $60-$65+Super
Work Arrangement: Onsite, 5 Days per Week

Supporting the Chief Operating Officer for Australia and their close-knit leadership team, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking ownership of diverse and business-critical tasks.

About the Role:
You’ll be the right hand to a respected COO and their small team, managing calendars, communications, and confidential information, while also being trusted with broader team support, event coordination, and cross-functional initiatives. This is a highly visible role within the Sydney office with plenty of variety and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support including diary management, travel coordination, and expense reconciliation.
  • Manage internal governance routines, meeting logistics, and visitor schedules.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including presentations.
  • Handle correspondence, prioritise communications, and liaise with stakeholders across the business.
  • Support event planning for internal and client-facing initiatives.
  • Contribute to broader team projects and administrative efficiency across the COO’s team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role, ideally within investment banking or corporate consulting firm
  • Strong attention to detail, confidence in communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional organisation and time-management skills; able to juggle competing priorities with ease.
  • Financial acumen and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • A high level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
