ERP Business Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a Wiise Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. You’ll bring strong ERP expertise, a consultative approach, and a passion for supporting and improving client systems.

What you'll be doing:

1. Manage and perform implementations of Wiise ERP software as well as other software sold and implemented by Momentum.
2. Provide ongoing software consulting services to our clients in the form of system reviews, training, customization design and other improvement initiatives.
3. Provide support assistance to our client’s issues as submitted by them including analysis and fixing of data. This will include, but is not limited to, providing telephone, email, and face to face customer support, responding to technical support enquiries, scheduling of system upgrades, analysis and fixing of data.

Must-have skills/experience:

1. Demonstrated experience implementing MS Dynamics 365 Business or Wiise as a Lead Consultant.
   • Have MB800 accreditation.
   • Proven ability to manage complex ERP implementation projects, balancing client needs with resource and time constraints.

Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:

1. Formal qualifications in Business, Accounting or IT.
   • Experience in a business consulting or professional services environment.
   • Demonstrated experience with using or implementing accounting software, or experience in Accounting or Finance roles.
   • Strong client-facing skills, including experience in conducting requirements gathering, delivering training, and managing client expectations.
   • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for clients and stakeholders.
   • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
   • Able to work efficiently and independently and manage productivity.
   • Be an intermediate to Wiise user of the Microsoft Office suite of programs specifically Word, Excel, and Project.
   • Ability to work autonomously and manage an implementation project from start to completion.
   • Ability to manage project scope and ensure all variations and project milestones are signed off.
   • Skilled in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
   • Genuinely enjoy working on and with systems and technology.
   • Be strongly committed to exceptional customer experiences and have an empathetic nature.
   • Be able to work effectively within a small team environment and culture where flexibility and communication is paramount.
