AIG Security specialises in security manpower, electronic security, risk management, data centre security, and maritime security. As part of our continued strategic growth, we are actively expanding our Electronic Security division, with increasing focus on CCTV surveillance, access control systems, remote monitoring, and integrated electronic security solutions. This expansion has created a genuine need for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and drive this next phase of growth.

Your main duties will include but not limited to the following:

1. Determining, implementing and monitoring engineering strategies, policies and plans
2. Interpreting plans, drawings and specifications, and providing advice on engineering methods and procedures to achieve construction and production requirements
3. Establishing project schedules and budgets
4. Ensuring conformity with specifications and plans, and with laws, regulations and safety standards
5. Ensuring engineering standards of quality, cost, safety, timeliness and performance are observed
6. Overseeing maintenance requirements to optimise efficiency
7. Liaising with marketing, research and manufacturing managers regarding engineering aspects of new construction and product design
8. May contribute to research and development projects

Qualification & Experience

1. At least a Bachelor’s in the related field and Minimum 2 years’ experience in an engineering management or senior engineering role, with demonstrated responsibility for directing internal engineering staff and coordinating external technical parties

* Extensive experience in similar position may substitute the formal qualification
