The Opportunity:
The successful applicants will be responsible for completing various electrical requirements such as building Switchboards, fitting out Switchrooms, maintenance works, repairs, and potentially commissioning and site works.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to (dependent on department):
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with codes and standards.
- Build Switchboard and rooms and associated components
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, layout drawings, and project documentation.
- Interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and wiring schematics.
- Perform testing, fault finding, and diagnostics on electrical systems.
- Complete required documentation
- Ensure all works meet the required standards at all times
Key requirements:
- Previous experience in same or similar roles
- Experience in modular construction, data centre infrastructure or renewables
- WA Electrical Licence
- White Card
- EWP, Working at Heights, Forklift Licence an advantage
- Willingness to learn and develop further
