Join us on this exciting journey as an EL 1 ILS Manager - Sustainment working as part Land C4 Systems Branch within Joint Systems Division. An EL 1 ILS Manager - Sustainment will exercise a considerable degree of independence and perform a leadership role. They will exercise sound decision making and judgement to provide expert policy advice.
They will have in-depth knowledge of the Materiel Logistics function and are responsible for the development, implementation, compliance and review of policies and procedures relevant to their work within that function.
An EL 1 ILS Manager - Sustainment will be responsible for actively managing key stakeholder relationships and will be required to identify relevant stakeholders’ expectations and concerns to develop and communicate methodologies and practices to achieve outcomes. This position has people management responsibility and as such you will be required to exercise your people management skills and knowledge to lead a high performing and cohesive team.
Your role will lead a large, diverse, multi-disciplinary team across project, engineering and logistics, to achieve capability outcomes for the ADF. This will include development and maintenance of internal and external stakeholder relationships including senior level Capability Manager Representatives and Industry Partners, who all contribute to the successful delivery of ADF capabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for your role to support the Branch's vision of delivering reliable, robust C4 Capability and achieve high quality outcomes on behalf and in support of Capability Managers.
