Are you passionate about early childhood education and making a lasting impact on young minds? We’re looking for an experienced and dedicated Lead Educator / Educational Leader to guide our team in delivering high-quality education in a nurturing, engaging environment.

As an Educational Leader, you'll partner with educators to observe, evaluate, and enhance the educational programs for children. You'll support the team in deepening their understanding of child development and early years content, while guiding the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead positive change and promote excellence in educational practice.

About the Centre:

We are a 112 place centre with passionate educators committed to nurturing children's development, following Lifelong Learning Curriculum. Conveniently located on Murrumbeena Road, we have strong ties with local schools and community groups, a bright, quirky playground, and a government-approved kindergarten program to prepare children for primary school. We provide healthy, delicious meals prepared fresh daily, with the health and safety of our children as our highest priority.

About you: 

  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor’s degree
  • A current Working with Children’s Check
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role
  • Available Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
  • A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
