Instead, this role exists for one reason: to trade the website and drive commercial performance.
Our client is a large, well-known Australian retail business with a significant online channel. With additional headcount approved and a replatform already underway, they’re now looking for a driven eCommerce Trading Manager to take ownership of daily online performance and lead a small team to hit clear revenue and conversion targets.
The opportunity
As eCommerce Trading Manager, you’ll sit at the centre of online performance owning sales, conversion, AOV and promotional execution. You’ll be close to the numbers every day, adjusting quickly, trading hard and holding the team accountable to results.
This is a role for someone who enjoys owning outcomes, not just reporting on them.
