First Steps Learning Academy is looking for a talented and passionate Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our Exceeding Preschool Centre in Revesby.
The successful applicant will be very well supported by an experienced leadership team who are committed to creating a positive work environment and where our children feel like they are at their home away from home.
The successful applicant must have a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, and the right applicants will have the ability to build strong relationships with the families at the Centre, the children which we care for, and with their team.
All educators contribute to programming, planning and documentation and we ensure that a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
