🌟 The Role
- Work in a welcoming, 3 - 4 year old sessional kindergarten environment 🧒🏽👧🏼
- Permanent part-time role – 5 days a week for great work-life balance 💼⚖️
- 6.25 hours per day (31.25 hours per week) ⏰
- Paid under the respected VECTEA award rates 💰
- Receive a $9,000 location incentive to support your move or help you settle in 🏡
- Enjoy a generous 10 weeks of annual leave each year – time to rest and recharge 🌴🧘♀️
📚 About The Role
- Support the development of programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) 📖
- Use intentional teaching strategies to scaffold children's learning and help them achieve developmental goals 🎯
- Document daily observations to support each child’s individual learning plan 📝\
- Apply a sound understanding of different learning approaches to support children with additional needs 🌈
- Implement a play-based approach aligned with children’s strengths, interests, and abilities 🧩
- Be attentive to each child’s well-being, emotional needs, comfort, and development 💕🛋️
✅ Essential Qualifications
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent (ACECQA approved) 🎓
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) 👁️
- Clear National Police Check 🕵️♀️
- Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and CPR Certificate
- Food Safety Certificate 🍎
- Mandatory Reporting & Other Obligations Certificate 📑
