This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and highly skilled driver, that enjoys interactions with customers, to join our close-knit team and assist in growing our business. In a growth phase, we are adding to our team to ensure it meets all delivery needs for our customers and having a passionate, energised team member to meet these requirements is fundamental. This is a fulltime position Monday-Friday, with some overtime required.

Our tasks include, but not limited to:

• Being available to drive metro, regional and interstate on a scheduled basis
• Develop a strong working relationship with customers, providing a friendly and professional attitude
• Completion of paperwork on time and in full
• Understanding of load restraint as per National Load Restraint Guidelines
• Be prepared to assist in the loading and unloading of tyres
• Driving in a time sensitive environment
• Refueling and maintaining cleanliness of allocated equipment
• Promptly report any mechanical faults, delivery issues or delays
• A current, valid driver’s and forklift license
• Heavy rigid license required, with a minimum 12 month good driving record
• Keep up to date with mandatory training
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to work as part of a team that supports each other and is committed to delivering a high
