What you'll be doing
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
- Facilitate social and recreational activities to promote client wellbeing and community engagement
- Advocate for client needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored support
- Maintain detailed client records and documentation to ensure high-quality care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans

What we're looking for
- Relevant qualifications in community services, disability support, or a related field
- Proven experience providing person-centred care and support to individuals with disabilities

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to adapt to diverse client needs
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to use your own vehicle for client transportation
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends
