In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to truly make an impact, combining your technical expertise with personalised consultations to create tailored treatment plans and product recommendations that address each client’s unique goals. This part-time opportunity offers 16–32 hours per week, with flexibility based on the successful applicant. The proposed roster (subject to adjustment to suit the candidate) includes:

1. Monday: 8:45am – 5:00pm
2. Thursday: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
3. Friday: 8:45am – 5:00pm
4. Saturday: 8:45am – 5:00pm (every second Saturday)

*These days / hours are flexible depending on candidates availability.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver advanced skin and laser treatments using medical-grade technology, including Candela lasers, Sylfirm X, Fractional RF, microdermabrasion, LED Healite therapy, Dermapen skin needling, dermaplaning, and advanced skin peels.
2. Demonstrate a genuine commitment to ongoing professional development, with opportunities to train in the latest and most advanced skin and laser treatments through comprehensive in-clinic training pathways.
3. Conduct thorough client consultations and develop tailored treatment plans to achieve optimal results.
4. Educate clients on appropriate skincare and at-home maintenance routines aligned with their individual needs and goals.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatments performed and products recommended.
6. Uphold the highest standards of clinic cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance.
7. Provide exceptional customer service and foster strong, long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

1. Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
2. Hold a valid QLD Laser License.
3. Proven experience in providing advanced skin treatments.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Flexibility to work alternating Saturdays / one late night per week.
