Minimum requirement
- A valid driver’s license (Manual and/or Automatic).
- Experience of at least 1 year as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of road safety and traffic regulations.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Pick up goods, supplies, and products from various vendors and suppliers.
- Safely transport supplies to the Warehouse or Delivery Facilities.
- Ensure timely deliveries in accordance with scheduled routes and vendor agreements.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Load and unload products, ensuring they are handled correctly to prevent damage.
- Keep accurate delivery logs and records of goods delivered.
- Communicate with vendors and internal staff to confirm delivery schedules and requirements.
- Report any delivery issues, discrepancies, or vehicle problems to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
