Our client is a highly impressive multi-award winning modern, forward-thinking, nimble, young, vibrant +close-knit multi-disciplinary law firm that is undergoing exponential GROWTH.
YOUR NEW ROLE
As a key valued member of the winning close-knit New Client Enquiries team (3) , you will love the variety and responsibility of being the FIRST professional contact for all new incoming clients (via the phone).
You will enjoy doing an initial 'fact-find' (asking relevant questions), attending to their initial queries, making a preliminary assessment, allocating solicitor/s who are best suited to help them and arranging client-solicitor meetings.
Occasionally, you may also provide back-up administration support to lawyers.
