Customer Experience Manager - Luxury Retail Leadership

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and Inspire: Drive a high-performing culture by coaching, mentoring and developing a passionate retail team.

* Customer Experience: Deliver personalised styling consultations and guide clients through important purchases with confidence and care.
* Operational Leadership: Manage large product collections and showroom displays within a fast-paced environment while ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Global Collaboration: Partner with international leadership teams and participate in immersive brand training at a flagship showroom overseas.

What We're Looking For

* Senior Retail Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading teams in premium or high-volume retail environments.
* Consultative Sales Strength: Confident in guiding clients through considered purchasing decisions while delivering exceptional service.
* Operational Expertise: Experience managing large product ranges, collections and stock in a busy showroom environment.
* Sales-Driven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance, coach teams and achieve commercial outcomes.
